Phone 2 Pay is Kittitas PUD's new pay-by-phone bill payment service. Register with Kittitas PUD by filling out the form under the Register tab and mailing it in to the PUD.
Using any touch tone phone, call Phone 2 Pay toll free at (800) 861-1928 and enter your account number, report your meter reading and pay your bill. Following the voice prompts is easy and saves you time.
With Phone 2 Pay, payment transactions are secure, and you will have peace of mind because no sensitive bank account information is transferred via the internet. All you have to do register with Kittitas PUD for the Phone 2 Pay services and provide your bank account information. Kittitas PUD is now able to accept Visa and Mastercard payments through the Phone2Pay site.
