How do I create an account to pay online?
Creating an account online is easy to do, just follow these
Instructions.

How do I update my credit card information?
For security purposes your credit card information can only be updated through customer service. This information cannot be modified online.

If I have questions about online services, what can I do?
Call Customer Services, 509-933-7200, during normal business hours, Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 4 p.m., email us at kcpud@kittitaspud.com or visit our office at 1400 Vantage Highway Ellensburg, WA 98926 during normal business hours

How long does it take to process my payment?
A maximum of 3 business days. Payments made before 2 p.m. Pacific Time will be posted that night. Payments made after 2 p.m. Pacific Time will not be processed until the following night.
Accounts that are delinquent are subject to disconnect. To avoid disconnects, payment should be made at the office during normal business hours. For more information or questions call 509-933-7200.
